Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Finance Executive to support financial coordination and day-to-day business operations. The role involves maintaining financial records, coordinating payment-related activities, preparing reports, and ensuring efficient documentation and communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth coordination across teams.

-Maintain financial records, transaction details, and payment-related documentation with accuracy.





-Monitor payment status and coordinate with clients for timely payments and resolution of pending dues.

-Handle routine financial coordination, data management, and record reconciliation.

-Prepare MIS reports, maintain spreadsheets, and track relevant operational and financial data using MS Excel.

-Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve queries and ensure timely updates.

-Support administrative processes and maintain organized documentation for efficient business operations.

Qualifications & Skills

- Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable working with data and reports.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Valuable attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in finance, operations, accounts, or administration will be an added advantage.
