We are looking for a detail oriented and experienced UPI Reconciliation specialist to join our team in the banking sector. The ideal candidate should have 5 years or more experience handling reconciliation and reporting in a fast-paced banking environment. The roles involve ensuring the accuracy of financial records, resolving discrepancies and managing upi related operational task to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily UPI transaction reconciliations and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in UPI transactions, collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain reconciliation reports for management review.




- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of reconciliation processes and procedures.
- Provide support in investigating and resolving customer queries related to UPI transactions.

Qualifications

- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 or more years of experience in reconciliation, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Proficient in Excel and reconciliation software tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
