Role & Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and implement OpenText xECM solutions tailored to enterprise document management, retention, and compliance needs.
- Integrate xECM with SAP, SharePoint, Salesforce, or other business applications to enable seamless content lifecycle management.
- Customize metadata schemas, workflow rules, and security policies using OpenText APIs and scripting tools.
- Lead client workshops to gather requirements, map business processes, and define content governance frameworks.
- Perform system administration, performance tuning,



and troubleshooting for xECM environments (on-prem/cloud).
- Deliver training, documentation, and post-go-live support to ensure client adoption and system sustainability.
