Role Description The Online Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for managing online customer inquiries, guiding customers through product selections, and closing sales through digital channels such as the company website, chat, and social platforms. Daily tasks include responding to customer questions promptly, recommending products that match customer needs, updating product information online, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure accurate order processing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive online shopping experience.
- Candidates should possess clear and skilled Communication skills for interacting with customers and collaborating with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to convert leads, upsell and cross-sell products, and meet or exceed sales targets
