Shooting Stars Foundation is rolling out FutureProof, a large-scale skilling initiative implemented in partnership with IBM SkillsBuild and supported by AFCSR, to equip college students across India with industry-relevant digital and AI skills at no cost.

As an Offline Outreach Executive, you will own the on-ground implementation of FutureProof in your assigned city. You will travel from college to college, build relationships with college stakeholders, onboard institutions into the program, and ensure students actively participate and complete 180 minutes of learning.

You are the face of the program on the ground. Your success will be measured not just by the number of colleges you visit or onboard, but by the number of students you mobilize and successfully drive towards completing their learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Own your city: Take end-to-end responsibility for FutureProof outreach and implementation across colleges in your assigned city.
- Conduct in-person college outreach: Visit colleges regularly to meet principals, faculty members, placement officers, training and placement cells, and other relevant stakeholders.




- Pitch and onboard colleges: Clearly communicate the program’s value proposition, benefits, and implementation process to secure college participation.
- Drive student registrations: Work with onboarded colleges to mobilize students, facilitate registrations, and ensure they get started on IBM SkillsBuild.
- Drive 180-minute learning completion: Follow up with students, faculty coordinators, and college stakeholders to ensure students complete the required 180 minutes of learning.
- Coordinate on-ground implementation: Facilitate college orientations, student awareness sessions, and other program activities as required.
- Build robust college relationships: Establish relationships with faculty coordinators and institutional stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and sustained student engagement.
- Maintain accurate trackers: Record college visits, meetings, contacts, onboarding status, student registrations, learning progress, and completion numbers.
- Execute disciplined follow-ups: Revisit colleges and follow up with stakeholders and students to resolve bottlenecks and improve conversion and completion rates.
- Report progress and challenges: Share regular updates with your reporting manager on daily activities, targets, achievements, and support required.
