: NPD Executive – Oral Care

Location: MIDC, Hingna Road, Nagpur

Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop current oral care products such as toothpaste, tooth powder, herbal dental paste, and mouthwash.
- Work on formulation development, ingredient selection, and product improvement.
- Conduct product trials, stability testing, and quality evaluations with the R&D; team.
- Identify raw materials and coordinate with suppliers for samples and costing.
- Study competitor products, market trends, pricing, and packaging.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Quality, Production, Procurement, and Marketing teams.
- Maintain product development documentation and support product launches.

- Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, or a related field. Preferred Experience: Hands-on experience in Oral Care, Toothpaste, Tooth Powder, Herbal Dental Products, or FMCG product development.

Salary: As per experience.
