LogicHive is currently managing the recruitment process on behalf of one of our esteemed clients for an experienced NICE CXone Engineer.

We are looking for a skilled professional with strong hands-on expertise in NICE CXone development, configuration, and administration. Prior experience in the Contact Center domain is mandatory for this role.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience developing and configuring NICE CXone solutions, administering the platform, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting contact center operations in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, administer, and maintain NICE CXone solutions based on business and contact center requirements.
- Implement and customize NICE CXone functionalities to support contact center operations and customer interaction workflows.
- Manage platform configurations, settings, and administrative activities to ensure reliable operations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to NICE CXone development, configuration, and platform administration.
- Support contact center business processes and ensure the effective functioning of NICE CXone solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, contact center teams, developers, and technical support teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
- Perform testing, debugging, and validation of platform configurations and development changes.
- Maintain technical documentation and configuration records.
- Follow established development, security, and operational best practices.

Qualifications
- 6–12 years of professional experience in relevant technology roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in NICE CXone development, configuration, and administration.
- Mandatory prior experience in the Contact Center domain.
- Practical experience supporting NICE CXone implementations and resolving platform-related issues.
- Good understanding of contact center processes and enterprise application environments.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.




- Availability to join immediately or within 15 days.
- Willingness to work in the specified shift timings and hybrid work arrangement.
