Role Description The Network Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. This role involves planning, executing, and overseeing network infrastructure projects, including design, deployment, testing, and commissioning of enterprise networks.

The Network Project

Manager will coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and OEM partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer requirements and compliance standards. Daily tasks include managing project schedules and resources, monitoring network performance during rollout, identifying risks and mitigation plans,



and preparing project documentation and progress reports. The role also requires ensuring adherence to information security and quality standards, providing technical guidance to project teams, and supporting post-implementation review and optimization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Program Management skills, including project planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and reporting.
- Candidates should possess Infrastructure-related skills, with experience in IT infrastructure deployment, data center environments, and enterprise network implementation.
- Candidates should possess Network Security skills, including familiarity with security standards, policies, firewalls, and best practices for securing enterprise networks.
- Candidates should possess Network Engineering skills, with hands-on experience in configuration, installation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of network devices.
- Candidates should possess Network Design skills, including the ability to create scalable network architectures, topology diagrams, and capacity planning models.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field are preferred.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, Network+, or equivalent) and experience working with multiple OEMs and large-scale IT projects are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, along with the ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced workplace.
