Key responsibilities

We're looking for a Trade & Processing Specialist (EE) to help us:

- process and validate trade lifecycle events to ensure accurate, timely booking and settlement
- investigate and resolve trade breaks, exceptions, and reconciliation items to reduce operational risk and client impact
- partner with front office, operations, and technology teams to clarify issues, align on fixes, and prevent recurrence
- maintain high-quality reference and static data inputs that support downstream processing and reporting
- apply documented procedures and controls while identifying practical improvements to streamline end-to-end processing

The team

You will join an Operations & Services team focused on trade and transaction processing. Our mission is to ensure trades are captured, confirmed, and progressed through the lifecycle accurately and on time, while minimizing breaks and operational risk. You will work closely with partners across trading, operations, and technology to resolve issues, improve stability, and strengthen end-to-end processing through clear procedures and disciplined execution.

Your skills and experience

• hands-on background in trade processing and operational support across the trade lifecycle
- robust attention to detail in validating trades, confirmations, settlements, and related processing events
- ability to investigate breaks and exceptions using structured root-cause analysis and clear documentation
- proven track record partnering with stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve process outcomes
- solid grounding in operational controls, reconciliations, and risk-aware processing
- proficiency in using core processing systems and spreadsheets to research, track, and report exceptions
- a curious, accountable and proactive mindset,



with an interest in leveraging AI responsibly and the confidence to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement
