Role Description The MIS Coordinator will be responsible for compiling, maintaining, and analyzing data related to telecom site operations and infrastructure projects. Duties include preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, updating databases, and ensuring data accuracy for management decision-making. The role involves coordinating with project, operations, and finance teams to collect information, track progress, and highlight variances or issues.





The MIS Coordinator will also assist in documentation, basic data analysis, and generating dashboards or summaries as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, with a salary up to 18,000 CTC per month.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in MS Excel, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis tools for report preparation and maintenance.
- Ability to manage databases, maintain accurate records, and organize information systematically.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams and gather required data.
- Attention to detail, numerical aptitude, and ability to identify data inconsistencies or trends.
- Basic understanding of telecom operations, infrastructure projects, or technical fieldwork is an advantage.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline; preference for degrees in commerce, statistics, IT, or related fields.
- Comfort with on-site work in Indore and readiness to adhere to organizational policies and reporting timelines.
