We are looking for 2 experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) Functional Consultants for an upcoming client project in Sharjah, UAE.

### ? Position 1: D365 F&O; Functional Consultant – Onsite

- Experience: 6+ years
- Location: Sharjah, UAE
- Initial Assignment: 2 months for requirement discovery and gathering
- Long-Term Duration: 6–18 months, extendable, with the project currently planned through March 2028

### ? Position 2: D365 F&O; Functional Consultant – Offshore
- Experience: 6+ years
- Base Location: Delhi NCR (Work From Office)
- Initial Assignment: 2 months onsite in Sharjah, UAE, for requirement gathering

### ? Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client discussions and requirement-gathering workshops.
- Understand business processes and map them to standard D365 F&O; functionality.
- Perform functional analysis, fit-gap assessments, and process documentation.
- Gather and document business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support solution design and implementation planning.
- Identify process gaps and recommend suitable D365 F&O; solutions.





### ? Required Skills
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Mandatory: Solid functional experience in D365 Finance modules.
- Good understanding of financial processes, configuration, and solution design.
- Strong requirement-gathering and client-facing experience.
- Experience conducting client workshops and documenting business requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Willingness to travel to and work from Sharjah, UAE, for the initial 2-month discovery phase.

### ? Preferred Skills
- Experience with Supply Chain Management (SCM), sales and order management, warehouse management, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of CRM integration and D365 F&O; integrations.
- Dual-write experience is preferred.
