What would you do?

- The Business Reporting and Governance Manager will lead the Business Reporting and Governance function with an entrepreneurial approach to team management, operational excellence, and stakeholder value creation. The role will drive growth and business value through governance, reporting, analytics, automation, visualization, and continuous improvement initiatives. What are we looking for?




- 20 plus years of experience, including 10 to 15 years in BI, Reporting, Governance, Analytics, or client-facing roles. Strong project management, communication, stakeholder management, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong F and A domain experience with knowledge of P2P, O2C, R2R processes, reporting, and client requirements.
- Hands-on expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL, VBA, Tableau, and MS Office, including dashboard development, data modeling, reporting, and visualization. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead Business Reporting and Governance across Client and Leadership Governance, Performance Reporting, Incident Management, Survey Management, Change Management, Analytics, and Automation. Partner with Account and Service Delivery leadership to ensure delivery meets SLAs, contractual requirements, and client expectations.
- Manage and mentor 30 plus professionals, driving resource planning, performance, engagement, capability development, and continuous improvement.

Lead client relationships, governance forums, escalations, and operational reviews while driving automation, visualization, and data-driven decision-making
