Role Description The MCCB, ATS Consultant will be responsible for providing technical and application support for MCCB (Moulded Case Circuit Breaker) and ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) product lines in a full time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, with some flexibility for work from home. Day-to-day activities include supporting customers and internal teams with product selection, configuration, and troubleshooting, and preparing technical proposals, datasheets, and application notes for industrial, infrastructure, and commercial projects. The consultant will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to deliver product demonstrations, technical trainings, and pre-sales support, while gathering feedback to inform product improvements.





The role also involves reviewing technical specifications, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and coordinating with manufacturing and quality teams to address product performance and customization requests. Regular interaction with clients, channel partners, and project stakeholders is expected to ensure smooth implementation and long-term satisfaction with Stanley’s MCCB and ATS solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong technical knowledge of MCCB, ATS, and related industrial switchgear products, including application, selection, and coordination.
- Experience interpreting electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications for low-voltage power distribution systems.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations, technical trainings, and solution presentations for customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Skills in preparing technical documentation such as proposals, datasheets, application notes, and compliance reports.
- Background in industrial or power systems engineering, with familiarity with IS and BS standards and safety requirements.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills, with a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
- Capability to work in a hybrid setting from Mumbai, manage time independently, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field; prior experience in switchgear, power distribution, or industrial electrical products is preferred.
