Salary Range: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Marketplace Operations Associate specializing in Quick Commerce operations, particularly Blinkit and Zepto, to manage end-to-end order processing, inventory coordination, dispatch, and daily operational activities across quick commerce and other e-commerce marketplaces.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Blinkit, Zepto, and other quick commerce platforms, along with a strong understanding of order fulfillment, inventory management, and marketplace operations.

Key responsibility

- Manage end-to-end order processing and dispatch across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other quick commerce platforms.
- Handle marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa, as required.
- Ensure timely shipment creation, labeling, and handover to logistics partners.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for accurate picking, packing, quality checks, and dispatch.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock updates across all platforms.
- Work on Unicommerce or similar Order Management Systems (OMS) to manage order flow and tracking.
- Monitor dispatch delays, cancellations, returns, and other operational issues.
- Handle safety claims, stock discrepancies, and reimbursement cases on marketplaces.
- Maintain proper documentation for invoices, audits, and shipment records.




- Coordinate with Blinkit, Zepto, and other marketplace account managers to resolve operational issues.
- Monitor platform performance, service-level agreements (SLAs), and operational compliance.

Preferred skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience with Quick Commerce operations, especially Blinkit and Zepto.
- Understanding of quick commerce order processing, inventory management, replenishment, and dispatch operations.
- Experience with Swiggy Instamart or other quick commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Nykaa Partner Portal is a plus.
- Experience with Unicommerce, Vinculum, or similar OMS platforms.
- Understanding of marketplace policies, SLAs, penalties, and operational requirements.
- Robust attention to detail and the ability to manage high order volumes efficiently.
