About the Role : -

We are looking for a Marketing Lead / Manager who can own and drive the marketing function for DeepTalent’s growing product portfolio.

The role will have a strong digital-first focus (approximately 80%), with the remaining 20% focused on broader marketing initiatives, partnerships, events, campaigns and brand building.

You will be responsible for building awareness, engagement, demand and growth across both B2B and B2C audiences, while creating differentiated marketing strategies for each product.

Our Products:-

- EzRecruit.ai – An ATS and recruitment technology platform designed to simplify and streamline hiring.
- EzRefer – A referral and earn platform that enables users to participate in talent referrals and earn through successful connections.
- EzUniHire – A university-focused platform that enables universities/institutions to onboard their students and support student placement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :-

1. Digital Marketing & Growth – 80%

- Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy for EzRecruit, EzRefer and EzUniHire.
- Build and manage the brands across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other relevant digital platforms.
- Create and execute B2B and B2C digital campaigns based on product and audience objectives.
- Own the content strategy, including social media content, product stories, videos, reels, thought leadership, blogs and campaigns.
- Drive organic and paid growth, including performance marketing, lead generation and campaign optimisation.
- Develop product-specific digital strategies based on the target audience and business goals.
- Track and analyse reach, engagement, leads, conversions, CAC,



campaign performance and ROI.
- Experiment with new digital channels, formats and growth strategies.
- Work closely with the product and sales teams to convert marketing efforts into qualified leads, users and product adoption.
- Build communities and engagement around the products.
- Leverage AI tools and emerging marketing technologies to improve content creation, campaign execution and marketing efficiency.

2. Brand / Social & Marketing – 20%

- Develop overall brand positioning and messaging for the three products.
- Plan and execute events, webinars, partnerships, PR initiatives and product launches.
- Identify relevant industry collaborations, communities, influencers and strategic partnerships.
- Develop marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, product decks and campaign material.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies/vendors wherever required.
- Support PR, media visibility and brand-building initiatives.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

- 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, product marketing or brand marketing.
- Strong experience in B2B and B2C marketing, preferably within SaaS, HR Tech, EdTech, Technology or Start-up environments.
- Strong understanding of social media, content marketing, performance marketing and lead generation.
- Someone who is hands-on and comfortable executing campaigns rather than only managing agencies.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, storytelling and content skills.
- Ability to understand technology products and translate them into simple, compelling customer-facing messaging.
- Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple products simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
