Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Team role based in Hyderabad. The team member will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital and offline initiatives to promote hospital services and health programs. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, assisting in market research activities, managing promotional materials, and helping organize community outreach events.

The role involves tracking campaign performance, maintaining patient-facing communication channels,



and supporting brand-building efforts across multiple platforms. The position requires close collaboration within the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and effective engagement with patients and partners.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with patients, partners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends, understand patient needs, and support campaign planning.
- Candidates should possess Sales and basic Marketing skills to support service promotion, outreach activities, and lead generation.
- Relevant experience in healthcare or service-oriented industries, with familiarity in digital and traditional marketing channels, is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple tasks, use common office and marketing software, and collaborate in a team environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
