Role: Full-time, in-office | 3-month probation, followed by full time role

Location: Delhi NCR

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day brand activities across social media, content and campaign execution.
- Identify emerging trends and translate them into creative content ideas and growth strategies.
- Edit high-quality short-form videos using VN, InShot, Instagram Edits or similar tools, with strong pacing, transitions, typography and sound design.
- Create visually compelling graphics and creatives using Canva or Photoshop.
- Take ownership of assigned brands and tasks, delivering quality work with minimal supervision.
- Coordinate with clients, creators and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Support business development through lead generation, outreach and client acquisition.
- Track content performance, identify insights and proactively suggest improvements.

What We're Looking For

- Strong video editing, graphic design skills & a portfolio showcasing your work is preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- A sharp eye for aesthetics, social media trends and engaging storytelling.




- Self-driven, resourceful and comfortable taking initiative without constant guidance.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and solve problems independently.
- 0–1 year of experience in marketing, content creation or a related field.
- Based in Delhi NCR and available for a full-time, in-office role.
- Bonus: Experience in sales, client management or business development.
