Key Job Responsibilities

- Business Development: Identify and acquire new customers domestic and globally to achieve sales targets.
- Lead Generation: Generate business leads through field visits, cold calling, customer references, industry networks, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.
- Product Promotion: Promote plastic packaging products and understand customer requirements to offer suitable packaging solutions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure repeat business and long-term growth.
- Sales and Order Conversion: Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms within approved limits, follow up on enquiries, and convert prospects into confirmed orders.
- Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and emerging customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Order Coordination: Coordinate with Production, Quality, PPC, Dispatch, and Accounts to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.




- Payment Follow-up: Coordinate with customers and the Accounts Department for timely collection of outstanding payments and adherence to approved credit terms.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain customer databases, field visit reports, sales forecasts, quotations, and periodic sales performance reports.
- Market Expansion: Conduct regular customer visits to expand the customer base and increase sales.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline; MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
- Experience: Preferably 3–5 years in sales, field marketing, or business development. Experience in plastic packaging, adaptable packaging, or manufacturing is preferred.

- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, customer acquisition, and sales conversion skills.
