Role Description The Marketing and Branding Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing and branding strategies that strengthen the company’s presence in the food and rice markets. Day-to-day tasks include planning and implementing promotional campaigns, managing brand identity and guidelines, coordinating with sales and production teams on go-to-market plans, and overseeing digital and offline marketing activities.

The person in this role will conduct market research, analyze customer and competitor data, manage agency or vendor relationships, and monitor campaign performance and ROI.



The Marketing and Branding Manager will also prepare regular reports, support packaging and product positioning decisions, and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in marketing strategy, brand management, and campaign planning.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Proficiency in managing marketing budgets, timelines, and vendor or agency relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistency in brand messaging.
- Proven capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and logistics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in FMCG, food production, or agri-business marketing is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in office in Hyderabad and visiting production or market locations as needed.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
