Role DescriptionWe are hiring a Manufacturer for a full-time position based in Manesar, Gurugram. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring manufacturing operations, ensuring product quality, managing production timelines, and supporting the smooth execution of day-to-day activities.

The role involves overseeing production processes, coordinating with team members, monitoring raw materials and inventory, maintaining production records, and ensuring that work is completed efficiently and according to quality standards.

The candidate will also help identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, minimize material wastage, maintain workplace organization, and support overall operational growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day manufacturing and production activities.
- Ensure products meet the company's quality standards and specifications.
- Track production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Monitor raw materials, finished goods, and inventory levels.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare regular progress reports.
- Coordinate with team members, supervisors, suppliers, and external vendors when required.
- Identify production issues and support effective problem-solving.




- Help reduce material wastage and improve operational efficiency.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
- Support management in meeting production targets and maintaining smooth operations.
