Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist at Scale Healthcare (India). The specialist will plan and execute marketing campaigns that promote Scale Healthcare’s services to multisite healthcare organizations, including digital, social media, and email marketing initiatives. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, crafting press releases and media content, and managing relationships with media outlets and industry partners.

The role involves supporting sales initiatives through marketing collateral, coordinating webinars or events,



and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all communication channels. The specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams to highlight client success stories, strengthen the company’s reputation, and enhance customer engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Primarily focusing on annual conference, annual CEO retreat and monthly / bi-monthly local market CEO Roundtable events.

· Manage and maintain our corporate LinkedIn account.

· Post weekly updates to promote our team, current content, organization events, and other corporate news.

· Develop strategies to increase engagement and reach on LinkedIn.

· Assist in managing email campaigns through HubSpot.

· Handle basic scheduling, coordination, and other administrative tasks related to the event.

· Ensure smooth operation and organization of the event logistics.

· Assist with various other administrative tasks as needed.

· Provide support to the team in organizing events, managing schedules, and other day-to-day activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Experience with LinkedIn and basic social media management.

· Familiarity with HubSpot or similar email marketing platforms.

· Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Prior experience in a marketing or administrative role is a plus.
