Role:Manager – FP&A;

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Budgeting

- Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasts.
- Collaborate with business units to gather assumptions, validate inputs, and ensure accurate budget planning.
- Monitor budget versus actual performance and analyse variances, highlighting key deviations.

2. Forecasting & Reporting

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts.
- Develop and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Provide timely, accurate, and relevant financial insights to leadership.

3. Business Performance Analysis

- Analyse financial results and identify key drivers of business performance.
- Provide actionable insights to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and overall financial performance.
- Support pricing, margin analysis, and cost optimisation initiatives.

4. Strategic Business Support

- Support long-term financial planning, scenario analysis, and business strategy development.
- Assist in preparing business cases,



evaluating investment decisions, and conducting feasibility studies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate and support strategic business initiatives.

5. Process Improvement & Financial Controls

- Enhance financial models, analytical tools, and reporting systems to improve efficiency.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data while adhering to internal policies and procedures.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement in financial reporting processes.

Requirements

- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Robust business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
