Education, Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s in architecture or civil engineering and an MBA (General Management / Finance), Master’s in Finance, or Master’s in Architecture/Planning.
- Analytical Skills: Solid analytical abilities, problem-solving aptitude, and high numerical reasoning.
- Communication: Exceptional report writing, articulation, and client presentation skills.
- Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and financial models
