Sunrise Group of Hospitals is looking for an experienced, result-oriented professional to lead Sales & Operations within our Business Development Department.
We are looking for someone who can combine sales leadership, healthcare business development, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making to strengthen patient acquisition, improve conversions, and drive revenue growth.
? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES? Sales & Business Development: Drive sales strategies, achieve revenue targets, and identify new business opportunities.
? Lead Generation & Conversion: Improve lead follow-ups, patient coordination, appointment bookings, and conversion performance.
? Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and monitor team performance to achieve individual and departmental targets.
? Central & Unit Operations: Coordinate with central teams, unit operations, and hospital stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
? CRM & Process Management: Drive effective CRM utilisation, lead tracking, pipeline management, follow-up discipline, and process standardisation.
? Performance Analytics: Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, analyse conversion trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
? Market Development: Strengthen referral relationships,
explore current growth opportunities, and support unit-wise business expansion.
? WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR✅ 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in Sales, Business Development, or Operations.
✅ Mandatory healthcare industry experience — preferably in hospitals or healthcare services.
✅ Proven leadership in Sales & Operations, with the ability to manage teams and deliver business targets.
✅ Strong understanding of sales strategy, revenue management, lead conversion, and operational planning.
✅ Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, sales pipelines, reporting, and performance tracking.
✅ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and work effectively across central and unit-level teams.
✅ Any Degree / MBA — candidates from any academic specialization are welcome.
? Language: Candidates from any language background are welcome. Malayalam is not mandatory.
