Role Description The Malayalam Telecaller (Freshers) role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls in Malayalam, provide clear information about products or services, and respond to customer queries. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call records, following call scripts and compliance guidelines, and escalating issues to the supervisor when required.

The role also involves building rapport with customers, gathering feedback,



and supporting campaign targets through effective communication. Training and guidance will be provided to help new team members succeed in a structured, professional environment.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills in Malayalam, with basic proficiency in English or other regional languages.
- Ability to handle customer conversations patiently, listen actively, and provide clear responses.
- Comfortable working with telecalling tools, dialer systems, and basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, email).
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced contact center environment and meet daily call and quality targets.
- Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary (PUC/12th pass) or equivalent; graduation is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and openness to coaching and feedback.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
- Prior BPO or telecalling experience is welcome but not mandatory; freshers are encouraged to apply.
