Ensure smooth functioning of Biofuelcircle platforms by monitoring, tracking and optimizing operations for reliability and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage invoicing processes including creation, verification, and tracking of invoices.
- Create manual invoices.
- Track delivered data and maintain accurate records.
- Attach unloading slips and close deliveries in the system.
- Monitor and track deals to ensure timely execution.
- Create transport contracts and assign them to deliveries.
- Track rental transport invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Update daily logistics data on both the platform and spreadsheets.
- Onboard DVOs (Delivery Vehicle Operators) on the platform for operational readiness.
- Reporting to the Team Lead for the Region and closely working with the Logistic Team.
- Solid collaboration with other BU, platform operations.
