Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Duration: 6 months

Stipend: ₹7,000 per month

Special Situation Advisors (India) Pvt. Ltd. (SSA) is looking for a motivated Legal Intern to join our team in Navi Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with legal research and documentation.
- Support non-litigation legal matters and transaction-related work.
- Review legal documents and agreements.
- Assist the team with case-related research, due diligence and other legal assignments.

Eligibility

- Law student pursuing an LL.B. or an equivalent recognised law degree.
- Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills.
- Interest in non-litigation work and corporate legal matters.
- Available for a full time, 6-month internship.
- Candidates residing in Navi Mumbai are preferred.
