What if learning could change the way children think, communicate and see the world? In a world where information is available at our fingertips and change is constant, children need more than knowledge. They need the ability to think critically, communicate confidently, solve problems creatively, make meaningful choices and turn ideas into action.
At Sparkling Mindz, we believe learning should be joyful, empowering and deeply relevant to life.

We are looking for passionate, curious and empathetic Learning Facilitators who believe in children's potential and are excited to create experiences that help them discover, think, express and grow.
The RoleAs a Learning Facilitator, you will go beyond delivering sessions. You will spark curiosity, facilitate meaningful learning, understand each child's growth and create an environment where children feel empowered to explore their potential.

- Participate in training, reflection and continuous upskilling, applying new tools,
games and facilitation practices.
- Contribute to program innovation, learning resources and team initiatives to strengthen the impact and reach of YAA and Wizets.
Who Are We Looking For?
