Solution Implementation and Delivery Excellence

- Design and enterprise-grade software solutions aligned with customer and platform requirements.
- Ensure solution quality through rigorous testing, peer reviews, and adherence to standards.
- Lead technical tasks from requirements gathering through deployment.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and collaborate with teams to resolve them efficiently.

Customer Engagement and Technical Partnership

- Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Translate business objectives into technical designs and configuration approaches.
- Conduct technical workshops, design reviews, and demonstrations to build client confidence.
- Support delivery and ensure a seamless transition from implementation to production.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with customer technology teams to support solution stability and evolution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Enablement

- Collaborate with Product Engineering, Architecture, and Delivery teams to align implementations with Zafin’s platform strategy and standards.




- Identify reusable patterns and best practices that support continuous improvement.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and communities of practice.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers or consultants.

Operational Support and Quality Assurance

- Assist in post-implementation support and troubleshooting, ensuring system reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor production performance and coordinate with Operations teams to support uptime and data integrity.
- Document and report key implementation learnings for future improvements.

Must Have

- Strong understanding of the software-development lifecycle, integration patterns, and modern API architectures.
- Knowledge of cloud concepts, with Azure preferred, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with banking systems and data-integration frameworks in enterprise financial-services environments.
- Five or more years of experience as a Software Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Customer Engineer, preferably in SaaS or banking-technology implementations.
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-endor integration solutions Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Apache Kafka, and PostgreSQL.
- Demonstrated client-facing experience managing technical discussions, requirements, and expectations.
- Experience in Agile delivery environments, including Scrum and TDD/BDD.
- Experience troubleshooting complex, distributed systems in production environments.
- Application-development experience in large enterprise or hybrid-cloud environments.
