Support client audit and security RFP requests, identify and automate manual GRC processes, build and maintain scripts and integrations between GRC platforms and other systems, and collaborate with teams to improve security and compliance automation while staying current on GRC automation tools and practices.
Responsibilities
- Support client audit and security RFP requests.
- Identify manual, repetitive GRC processes (security RFP response, evidence collection, control testing, risk scoring, reporting) and design automated workflows to replace them.
- Build and maintain scripts, workflows, and integrations that connect GRC platforms (e.g., Onspring, Archer, ServiceNow) with other security and IT systems.
- Automate evidence gathering and continuous control monitoring to support audits and reduce time spent on manual data pulls.
- Partner with GRC analysts and process owners to translate manual assessment and compliance processes into automated, repeatable workflows.
- Collaborate with other customer teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across the security and compliance function.
- Stay current on GRC automation tools, low-code/no-code platforms, and scripting practices to continuously improve team efficiency.
