About The Role

We are looking for a senior individual contributor to drive engineering excellence, architecture governance, platform standardization, and technical solution reviews across multiple technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and govern architecture and engineering standards.
- Lead solutioning for complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Review application architecture, APIs, integration patterns, and data flows.
- Conduct critical code reviews and identify scalability, security, and reliability risks.
- Create reusable reference architectures and engineering frameworks.
- Define standards for deployment, monitoring, observability, testing, versioning, and incident management.
- Build proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies and engineering patterns.
- Drive platform reuse and reduce duplicated engineering effort.
- Support teams in resolving critical production issues.
- Maintain architecture documentation, engineering guidelines, and technical standards.




- Coach engineers and technical leads through design reviews and hands-on guidance.

Required Experience

- 7+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, or solution architecture experience.
- Strong expertise in Python and backend application design.
- Experience designing large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and SQL.
- Experience with Cloud Platforms, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Solid understanding of security, reliability, system observability, and performance optimization.
- Excellent technical communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience building enterprise platforms and shared engineering capabilities.
- Experience in Insurance, BFSI, or highly regulated environments.
- Exposure to automation platforms, knowledge systems, search technologies, and large-scale data processing.
