Business Plane Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Pricing Specialist to join our team in Pune!

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start or develop their career in international logistics, shipment pricing, and transportation coordination.

What will you do?

-Research transport routes and find the best balance between cost, speed, and security.

-Prepare shipment quotations and negotiate prices with clients and suppliers.

-Build and maintain relationships with logistics partners and customers.

-Coordinate urgent and high-value shipments by air, road, and courier.

-Prepare and check shipping documents, including customs and insurance requirements.

-Monitor shipments, resolve issues, and keep clients updated throughout the process.

-Support cost analysis, reporting, and international logistics operations.





What we’re looking for

-Good communication and negotiation skills.

-Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.

-Valuable English communication skills.

-Interest in logistics, pricing, and international transportation.

-Work schedule: 8-hour shift, on-site in Pune, India.
