We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Jr. Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into compelling visual experiences. From engaging social media campaigns and digital advertisements to presentations and brand identities, you’ll work closely with our Content and Strategy teams to create impactful designs for diverse brands.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong design fundamentals with curiosity, creativity, and an eagerness to explore AI-powered design tools.

What You will Do

- Create visually engaging designs for social media, digital campaigns, websites, advertisements, and presentations.
- Translate creative briefs and brand objectives into effective visual communication.
- Collaborate with Content, Strategy, and other creative team members to develop cohesive campaign visuals.
- Use AI-powered tools to explore concepts, generate visual assets, enhance images, and accelerate creative workflows.
- Apply strong design fundamentals, including typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple platforms and deliverables.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, creative technologies, and AI tools.
- Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and maintaining design quality.





What We are Looking For

- A strong eye for aesthetics, typography, layouts, colours, and visual storytelling.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and an interest in experimenting with current workflows.
- The ability to understand creative briefs and translate them into effective visual solutions.
- Attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and take feedback.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team.

Qualifications & Portfolio

- A degree, diploma, or ongoing education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. Self-taught designers with strong skills are also welcome.
- A portfolio showcasing your best design work is essential. Share your Behance profile, Adobe Portfolio, or a PDF portfolio.
- Academic projects, personal experiments, and freelance work are welcome.
