The Junior Graphic

Designer will support the design team in creating visual assets for digital and offline campaigns, including social media creatives, display ads, presentations, and marketing collateral. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating briefs into compelling designs, assisting with logo and brand asset development, preparing files for production, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.



The role involves collaborating with marketing, content, and performance teams, incorporating feedback, and iterating on designs to meet campaign objectives and timelines.

The Junior Graphic

Designer is expected to stay updated on design trends and contribute fresh visual ideas to enhance client brand storytelling.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in visual design, including Graphics and Graphic Design skills.
- Ability to create and refine brand assets, including Logo Design and Branding skills.
- Proficiency in Typography and an understanding of layout, color, and composition.
- Working knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and respond constructively to feedback.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
