Role Description The Junior Copywriter will support the creation of transparent, engaging, and empathetic content that aligns with TFC’s mission to promote mental health and well-being in workplaces. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves drafting and editing copy for campaigns, website pages, social media posts, and internal communication materials.

Copywriter will assist in writing press releases, marketing collateral, workshop descriptions, and thought leadership content,



ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging. Day-to-day tasks include researching mental health and workplace wellness topics, collaborating with marketing and program teams, and refining copy through feedback and proofreading. The role also includes contributing creative ideas for content, maintaining timelines, and supporting the development of communication materials for clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Writing and Proofreading skills to produce accurate, clear, and high-quality content.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams and adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Candidates should possess experience with Press Releases and Marketing content to support brand visibility and outreach.
- Candidates should possess basic research skills and an interest in mental health, workplace wellness, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and incorporate constructive feedback.
