Role Description The Junior Accountant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Navsari. The role involves assisting with day-to-day accounting activities, including recording financial transactions, preparing and maintaining ledgers, and supporting monthly and annual closing processes.

The Junior

Accountant will help in reconciling accounts, processing invoices and payments, and maintaining accurate documentation for audits and compliance. The role also includes supporting senior accounting staff with reports, data entry, and basic financial analysis, while adhering to company policies and statutory requirements. Collaboration with operations and administrative teams is expected to ensure timely and accurate financial information.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in basic accounting principles, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.




- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting or ERP software.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and positive organizational skills.
- Ability to work in office in Navsari and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in accounting or finance in manufacturing or industrial sectors is beneficial.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to standardized processes, and follow ethical and compliance standards.
