About Veroma Media Co

Veroma Media is a 360° marketing agency working with brands across industries to build their digital presence through creative strategy, social media, performance marketing, influencer marketing, and content production.

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer and Video Editor who is creative, detail oriented, and passionate about visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should be comfortable designing social media creatives, editing videos, adapting content for different platforms, and working with the team to bring creative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

- Create engaging social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Design static posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails, digital advertisements, and marketing collaterals.
- Understand creative briefs and translate them into visually appealing designs.
- Adapt existing creatives into different sizes and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
- Work with typography, colours, layouts, images, and visual elements to create quality designs.
- Follow brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all deliverables.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.

Video Editing

- Edit short form videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and other digital content.
- Add music, sound effects, subtitles, transitions, and motion elements wherever required.




- Select suitable footage and create engaging edits that suit the content and platform.
- Adapt videos into different aspect ratios and formats for various social media platforms.
- Work on basic colour correction, audio balancing, and footage organisation.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions within the given timelines.
- Coordinate with the social media and content teams to understand the objective of each video.

Creative Adaptations and Execution

- Convert master creatives and videos into multiple platform specific formats.
- Ensure all designs and edits meet the required specifications before delivery.
- Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Maintain organised project files and follow the team's workflow.
- Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, and creative formats.

Skills Required

- Basic to good proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Understanding of graphic design fundamentals, including typography, composition, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Understanding of video pacing, storytelling, transitions, music selection, and subtitles.
- Ability to understand a brief and execute it with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn,



accept feedback, and improve with every assignment.
- Good attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
