Job Responsibilities
- Handle international sales inquiries and communicate with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable products or services.
- Convert prospective customers into successful sales.
- Follow up with leads to improve sales conversions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow process guidelines.
- Deliver professional customer service and maintain quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Positive English communication skills.
- Strong sales, persuasion, and customer-handling abilities.
- A target-oriented and positive attitude.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Ability to work 5.5 days per week.
- Willingness to work at the assigned location in Noida or Chennai.
Salary and Incentives
- Monthly CTC: 20,00045,000.
- Unlimited incentives as per the applicable incentive policy.
