Job Overview

Flexwork is hiring E-Relationship Associates for an international customer support process serving US and UK customers for a Boston-based multinational client.

We are looking for candidates with strong written English communication, good typing skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude.

This is a non-voice customer support role, where customer interactions are handled primarily through email and live chat.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries through email and live chat.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain professional, courteous, and transparent written communication.
- Resolve customer queries within defined turnaround times and service standards.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet quality, productivity, response-time, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Handle multiple customer conversations while maintaining accuracy and service quality.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any graduate; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience may also be considered.
- Good English reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
- Strong written communication and professional email etiquette.
- Good typing speed, computer literacy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations.
- Customer-oriented approach and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to work night shifts, rotational shifts, and rotational week-offs.
- Candidates must be comfortable working on US and UK customer support projects.

Salary and Employment Terms

Freshers

- Monthly take-home salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000,



depending on interview performance and the applicable role.
- Initial two month internship/probation period, with potential full-time conversion based on performance and business requirements.

Experienced Candidates

- Salary negotiable based on relevant experience, interview performance, and the applicable position.

Payroll: Flexwork Salary and employment terms will be communicated during the recruitment process.

Work Mode and Shift

- Work mode: Work from Office / Work from Home / Hybrid, depending on the specific opening and business requirements.
- Shift: Night shifts and rotational shifts supporting US and UK operations.
- Week-off: Rotational.

- Communication And Skills Assessment

- Typing test

Round 2 –

- Project Manager Discussion

Round 3 –

- HR Discussion with Flexwork HR
