Role Description The Internal Auditor – CA Qualified will be responsible for planning and executing internal audit assignments, with a strong focus on risk assessment, internal controls, and process improvements. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial records, evaluating internal controls, performing compliance checks, and preparing clear and accurate audit reports for management. The role involves coordinating with various departments, identifying control gaps, recommending corrective actions,



and following up on implementation.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, requiring regular interaction with stakeholders and adherence to professional auditing standards.

Qualifications

- Strong financial and accounting knowledge, including experience in Finance and Financial Audits.
- Ability to prepare, review, and present detailed Audit Reports aligned with skilled standards.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess risks, evaluate controls, and interpret financial and operational data.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting audit findings.
- CA qualification (Chartered Accountant) with relevant experience in internal auditing or assurance.
- Sound understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance frameworks, and internal control systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other audit tools; experience with ERP or accounting software is an advantage.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
