Role Description The Interior Designer will plan, design, and execute interior spaces for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, ensuring alignment with the firm’s architectural vision and client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing layout plans, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and producing detailed drawings and presentations. The role involves working closely with architects, project managers, and contractors to review construction drawings, conduct site visits,



and monitor execution quality and timelines.

The Interior

Designer will also participate in client meetings, gather requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback to refine solutions. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

- Strong interior design skills, including concept development and Interior Design execution for diverse project types.
- Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize functionality, circulation, and user experience within interiors.
- Knowledge of Architecture fundamentals to coordinate seamlessly with structural and architectural elements.
- Ability to create and interpret detailed Construction Drawings and documentation for on-site execution.
- Experience with FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination to ensure cohesive and high-quality finishes.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and familiarity with visualization tools.
- Understanding of sustainable design practices, building materials, and local building codes and standards.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and client-facing skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with relevant professional experience.
