Key Responsibilities
- Develop course content, slide content, activities, and case studies.
- Create storyboards and voice-over (VO) scripts.
- Design quizzes, assessments, and question banks.
- Apply Bloom’s Taxonomy and learning objectives.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT for content development.
- Review and edit content for accuracy, quality, and UK English.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts and production teams.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Instructional Design, e-learning content development, or course writing.
- Robust skills in content writing, storyboarding, and assessment creation.
- Understanding of Bloom’s Taxonomy and learning objectives.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content development.
- Excellent research, editing, proofreading, and English communication skills.
