About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Specialist to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT support, infrastructure management, troubleshooting, and maintaining company IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Manage Microsoft 365, email accounts, user access, and permissions.
- Maintain company networks, Wi-Fi, shared drives, and NAS storage systems.
- Support data backups, antivirus protection, and IT security.
- Manage IT assets, software licenses, and equipment inventory.
- Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding,



and IT equipment setup.
- Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant IT support or IT administration experience.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and networking.
- Experience with user account management, shared drives, and access permissions.
- Robust troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant IT certifications are an advantage.
