We are looking for a creative, energetic, and trend-aware influencer marketing intern who is passionate about social media, content creation, video editing, and working with influencers and brands.

Roles &

• Responsibilities

1. Influencer Research & • Outreach

- Identify and research influencers, content creators, and social media personalities across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Find relevant influencers based on brand requirements, audience, engagement, niche, and location.
- Contact influencers for brand collaborations, promotional campaigns, and partnerships.
- Maintain an updated database of influencers, their profiles, contact details, and collaboration rates.

1. Content Creation & • Video Editing

- Create engaging videos, reels, and short-form content for different brands.
- Edit videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut, VN, or other video-editing software.
- Assist in creating promotional content, influencer briefs, and campaign creatives.
- Research trending audio, hashtags, reel formats, memes, and viral content ideas.

1. Trend Research & • Social Media

- Monitor Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging social media trends.
- Suggest creative ideas to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Analyze competitor campaigns and influencer marketing strategies.
- Stay updated with current digital marketing trends and content formats.

1. Campaign Management

- Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with influencers,



clients, and internal teams.
- Track campaign deliverables, posting schedules, and content approvals.
- Prepare basic campaign performance reports covering reach, engagement, views, and conversions.

1. Coordination & • Reporting

- Follow up with influencers regarding content submissions and posting deadlines.
- Maintain campaign trackers and daily work reports.
- Support the digital marketing team in other content-related activities when required.

Required Skills
- Solid interest in Instagram, YouTube, and influencer marketing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and content creation.
- Creative thinking and the ability to identify trending content.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, VN, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and engagement metrics.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a team.

Eligibility Criteria
- Students, freshers, and candidates interested in digital marketing or content creation can apply.
- Candidates pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field are preferred.
- A portfolio of edited videos, reels, or social media content is an added advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from our Indore office.
