Role Description The Influencer Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, the intern will assist with identifying and researching potential influencers, maintaining creator databases, and supporting outreach and communication with micro and macro creators. The intern will help coordinate campaign deliverables, track content performance, compile reports, and ensure that timelines and brand guidelines are followed.

Additional responsibilities include supporting the team with brainstorming campaign ideas, preparing briefs, and monitoring social media platforms for trends and creator opportunities.



The intern will work closely with the influencer marketing team, contributing to day-to-day operations and gaining hands-on experience in managing creator-led campaigns.

Qualifications

- Interest in influencer marketing, social media, and digital content, with a strong understanding of popular platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Basic skills in research, data organization, and documentation to manage influencer lists, campaign details, and performance metrics.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to support outreach, follow-ups, and coordination with creators and internal teams.
- Ability to work in office in Noida, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and basic office software; familiarity with influencer or social media analytics tools is an advantage.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, professionalism, and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams and creators.
