In this role you will

- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
- Identify and engage with influencers across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Create compelling campaign briefs and ensure influencers understand and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and other partners.
- Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for influencer collaborations.
- Act as the main point of contact for influencers, providing support and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content that aligns with brand messaging.
- Ensure all content meets legal and compliance requirements.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns.




- Prepare detailed reports on campaign outcomes, including ROI, engagement, reach, and other KPIs.
- Use insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitive activity.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for influencer partnerships.
- Provide recommendations for improving influencer marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure influencer campaigns are integrated with other marketing activities.
- Coordinate with creative, social media, and PR teams to maximize campaign impact.

You have

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing Communication or related fields.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscape.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content ideas.
- Solid analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- 0-2 years of experience working with influencer marketing platforms.
