Role Description The Immediate Joiners Advisor Edtech Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Advisor will connect with prospective learners, explain Organo Mart’s edtech offerings, and guide them through course selection and enrollment. Daily responsibilities include making outbound and inbound calls, following up on leads, conducting product demos, handling queries, and closing sales within the 35k–45k compensation range, based on performance and experience.
The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collaborating with the marketing and operations teams, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The Advisor is expected to provide clear, ethical guidance to learners, contribute feedback to improve sales processes, and support a positive, inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through calls, leads, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses or programs.
- Explain course details, fees, benefits, and enrollment procedures.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into admissions.
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM systems.
- Build positive relationships with students and ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
Requirements
- Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to handle sales targets and work in a performance-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Prior experience in EdTech sales, inside sales, telecalling, or educational counseling is preferred.
