Role Overview The Admission Counsellor will guide prospective students through the admission process, recommend suitable academic programs, and convert leads into admissions while achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through inbound leads and outbound calls.
Counsel students and parents on courses,
eligibility, and admission procedures.
Convert leads into admissions and achieve sales targets.
Follow up with prospects and assist with applications and documentation.
Maintain lead records and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Key Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong counselling, negotiation, and sales skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management.
Robust interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
