Role Description The Edtech Counsellor role at Organo Mart is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for immediate joiners, offering a salary in the range of 35,000–45,000 INR in hand. In this role, the counsellor will guide learners and guardians through education solutions, understand their goals, and recommend suitable programs and products. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting consultations, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and following up on leads to support enrollment decisions.

The role also involves coordinating with internal teams,



providing explicit information on offerings and pricing, and ensuring a positive, respectful, and inclusive experience for all prospective learners. The counsellor is expected to meet performance targets while upholding high standards of communication and customer care.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust carpentry skills, including general Carpentry and Framing.
- Candidates should be proficient in using Power Tools and Hand Tools safely and effectively.
- Candidates should demonstrate competence in Finish Carpentry for precise, detailed work.
- Relevant skills such as excellent communication, learner-focused counselling, and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfort with working on-site in Bengaluru, with basic computer literacy and the ability to manage calls and documentation.
