? We're Hiring: IAM / Okta Authentication Engineer

? Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and support SSO, MFA, federated authentication, and access management solutions.
- Configure and integrate enterprise and customer-facing applications with Okta, Auth0, PingFederate, Azure AD/Entra ID, or similar IAM platforms.
- Develop authentication integrations using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and header-based authentication.
- Configure sign-on policies, MFA rules, access policies, and risk-based authentication controls.
- Support Okta Lifecycle Management, Administrative APIs, REST integrations, and identity automation.
- Develop scripts and automation using Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues involving SSO, MFA, authentication agents, certificates, networks, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with application, cloud, API, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to implement secure authentication solutions.
- Support security audits, compliance requirements, documentation, incident investigations, and continuous improvements.
- Contribute to CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure automation initiatives.

- ? Mandatory Skills: ✅ 7+ years of overall IT experience





✅ 4+ years of hands-on experience in IAM, SSO, MFA, or access management

✅ 4+ years of experience with Okta, Auth0, PingFederate, Azure AD/Entra ID, or equivalent IAM platforms

✅ Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and federated authentication

✅ 3+ years of scripting or automation experience using Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, REST APIs, or similar technologies

✅ Experience with Okta Lifecycle Management and Administrative APIs

✅ Knowledge of REST integrations, directory services (AD/LDAP), cloud infrastructure, and production troubleshooting

✅ Solid understanding of security best practices and enterprise authentication standards

? Good to Have:

- Okta Certified Administrator / Consultant / Developer
- Auth0, CIC, SiteMinder, CyberArk, or BeyondTrust experience
- CIAM implementation for B2B and B2C applications
- Zero Trust and passwordless authentication
- AWS/Azure, CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Monitoring tools such as Splunk, ELK, or Prometheus
- Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and security compliance requirements
